Switch Asia: ZOOM conference of the Steering Committee of the MOST Project was held

On February 2 this year, the ZOOM-conference of the Steering Committee of the MOST Project “ A model for sustainable tourism in Central Asia: Building Capacities, Creating Awareness, Introducing technology” (hereinafter referred to as the Project) of the European Union “Switch Asia” Program was held.

Representative of the EU Delegation to Uzbekistan Kuchkarov Donier, Project Manager Professor Gian Andrea P. Garanchini, partners of the European Union Program “Switch Asia” for the above Project from Greece, Latvia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan took part in the online conference.

During the meeting, the parties discussed implementation issues and the results of the work on the Project - the completed tasks of the 3rd year. The participants of the online conference presented presentations on the results of their activities in the Project, where they reflected activities to increase the awareness of users of tourism services about the sustainable consumption of water, waste, reuse and energy behavior, promotion of the Project.

As a result of the meeting, concluding remarks and criteria for further implementation of the Project were determined.
