By the decision of the Republican Special Commission, additional requirements are established for the implementation of the activities of hotel services.

Including:

• disinfection of hotel reception areas, waiting rooms, corridors, stairs, elevators, sanitary facilities every 8 hours and general items (doorknobs, lift buttons, waiting room table, check-in counter and handles) every 2 hours;
• uninterrupted provision of antiseptics to public places (elevators, sanitary and hygienic points, currency exchange offices, restaurants, etc.) and the presence of warning signs in Uzbek, Russian and English about periodic hand cleaning;
• taking measures to regularly measure body temperature and disinfect visitors at the entrance to the building;
• formation of at least a five-day supply of personal protective equipment (masks, gloves, antiseptic, etc.) depending on the number of employees and customers and ensuring the constant availability of these funds;
• ensuring the permanent work of medical personnel with a hotel occupancy of more than 50%;
• When placing in rooms, the number of family guests per room should not exceed 3 people, other guests should not exceed 2 people.

These requirements apply to hotels with more than 10 rooms.

Hostels and guesthouses are not allowed to operate during the pandemic.
