Now employees of state bodies, public organizations, business entities, representatives of the social sphere and the media, as well as compatriots abroad who have made a worthy contribution to the development and popularization of the tourism industry in the Republic of Uzbekistan, will be awarded a badge for merits and active promotion of tourism.

The procedure for submission and consideration of documents for awarding a badge was established as follows:

• State bodies, public organizations, the media and business entities at the local level annually, before August 1, submit proposals to the territorial divisions of the State Committee for Tourism Development to award their employees with a badge;
• State bodies of the republican level, diplomatic missions abroad, public organizations, mass media and organizations annually before August 1 submit proposals on awarding their employees with a badge;

When submitting proposals, an objective lens and information about the candidate, in particular, about his work on the development of the tourism sector over the past three years, are attached.

The Chairman of the Committee organizes a commission to consider proposals for awarding a badge. At the meeting of the commission, documents on candidates are studied, and by September 15 of each year, final conclusions on the most suitable candidates will be drawn up.

On the basis of the conclusion of the commission, an order of the Chairman of the Committee on awarding a breastplate is submitted annually before September 20.

The badge is solemnly presented on September 27 - the day of World Tourism, by the Chairman of the State Committee for Tourism Development or other responsible persons on his behalf and on his behalf.

The badge "Tourism Fidoisi" is presented by the chairman of the State Committee for Tourism Development or other responsible persons on his behalf and on his behalf.

The list of those awarded with the "Fidoisi Tourism" badge will be published on the official and industry websites of the Committee, as well as in the media.

Those awarded with a badge will receive a cash prize, which is paid in a lump sum in the amount of ten times the amount of the base calculation. Awarding a person with a badge is allowed only once.
