Sustainable tourism: Training seminars for representatives of the tourism industry started in Tashkent

Today, 2-day training seminars " Marketing of sustainable tourism" for representatives of the hotel business and tour operators started at the hotel "Inspira-S". The seminars are fulfilled within the framework of the «MOST - A model for sustainable tourism in Central Asia: Building Capacities, Creating Awareness, Introducing technology» of the Switch Asia Program.

The  seminars are organized by the Association of Private Tourism Agencies of Uzbekistan  with the support of the European Union.

Seminar trainer: PhD in Economics, Professor of Political Economy, member of the Hellenic Chamber of Economics -Yanis Zervas.

These training seminars cover issues such as current trends in sustainable tourism in the light of COVID 19, determining the position of a company in the sustainable tourism market, tools for analyzing and assessing real needs, marketing strategy and practical marketing tips.

2-day trainings will be held in Tashkent from 6 to 11 June this year.
