The Government adopted a resolution (No. 43, January 29, 2020) "On consideration of the personal responsibility of some managers."

In accordance with the decree, due to insufficient organization of work in the transport sector and in order to increase the personal responsibility of responsible managers:

Ilham Rustamovich Makhkamov was relieved of his post as First Deputy Minister of Transport and appointed Acting First Deputy Minister;
Davron Tulkunovich Dekhkanov was relieved of his post as Deputy Minister of Transport and appointed as Acting Deputy Minister;
Abdurakhman Abdullaevich Abduvaliev was relieved of his post as Deputy Minister of Transport - Chairman of the Committee for Roads and appointed Acting Deputy Minister - Chairman of the Committee for Roads;
Tolib Egamberdievich Ulzhaev was relieved of his post as director of the Civil Aviation Agency and appointed acting director of this agency;
Doniyor Bakhtiyorovich Akhmedov was relieved of his post as head of the Inspectorate for Supervision of Railway Transport Safety and appointed acting head of this inspection;
Fakhriddin Mukhiddinovich Salikhov was relieved of his post as head of the Inspectorate for Control over the Quality of Road Construction Works and was appointed acting head of this inspection.

Also, at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of "Uzbekistan Temir Yulari" JSC and "Uzbekistan Airways", the following issues will be considered:

dismissal of Khusniddin Nuriddinovich Khasilov from the post of chairman of the board of JSC "Uzbekistan Temir Yulari" and his appointment as acting chairman of the board of this company;
Bakhtiyor Ibragimovich Khakimov's compliance with the position of acting manager of "Uzbekistan Airways" JSC.
