Training seminars for hotel managers and housekeeping employees have started
On October 18, 2022, in Tashkent, at the office of the Association of Private Tourism Agencies of Uzbekistan (APTА), training seminars were held for managers and housekeeping staff of the capital's hotels.
The organizers of the training seminars are the Association of Private Tourism Agencies of Uzbekistan and the State Unitary Enterprise "Tourist Services Certification Center" under the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Speaker of seminars - trainings: German expert in the field of hospitality, Member of the German Hotel and Catering Association (Deutscher Hotel- und Gaststättenverband, DEHOGA), Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania Tourism Council, German Business Association in Georgia, Association of Mecklenburg Entrepreneurs - Hans- Ulrich Trosien.
In the first half of the day, within the framework of the seminar - training for hotel managers, such topics as: hotel management, hotel staff, human resource management, quality of guest service were considered. In turn, in the second half of the day, the participants of the training seminar for housekeeping employees discussed topical issues on the activities of hotel housekeeping staff.
Until the end of October this year, these training seminars will also be held in Samarkand, Bukhara and Nukus.
