Training for the staff of Heaven's Garden Resort & Spa took place
On November 5 this year in the Bostanlyk district of the Tashkent region in the Heaven's Garden Resort & Spa hotel a training was held for the staff of this hotel.
The training was organized by the Association of Private Tourism Agencies of Uzbekistan with the support of the Main Department of Tourism and Cultural Heritage of the Tashkent region.
Trainer: German hospitality expert, economist-educator with professional experience in the field of catering and hospitality (development of quality standards for hotels and restaurants, development of checklists of work processes in various areas of the hotel / restaurant business) - Fred Schur.
As part of the training, the hotel staff was trained in the following areas: verbal and non-verbal communication, complaints management, the procedure and organization of cleaning the guest room (with practical instructions), information material for guests, etc.
