Tourists will be able to give an online assessment of the quality of the tourism industry facilities

In order to assess and improve the quality of services provided to local and foreign tourists in the tourism industry, the State Unitary Enterprise "Tourism Services Certification Center" (hereinafter referred to as the Center) launched the "QR-survey" project.

The center is working on simplifying the certification process, improving the quality of services provided, developing new state standards in the industry and improving existing ones, as well as introducing information technologies. In particular, QR technology, which today expands the possibilities for faster and more convenient information interaction.

QR-questionnaire is a convenient way of assessing the work of objects of the tourism industry, allowing to find out the opinions of tourists about the quality of services provided to travelers in the objects of the tourism industry. For example, such as: hotels, hostels, airports, train and bus stations, restaurants, cafes, architectural monuments, attractions, museums, theaters, ski slopes and more. And also the questionnaire will give an opportunity to evaluate the services of tour operators, guides and translators.

The traveler will be able to give an online assessment of the quality of the services provided using a mobile application for scanning the QR code shown on a special information sticker.

With the help of a special application on his smartphone or tablet, the traveler will be able to read the QR code placed on the sticker. By scanning the QR code, the mobile device will receive a link to the questionnaire on the Center's website.

If the required application for scanning the QR code is not available, you can go to the questionnaire using the link, which is also indicated on the sticker.

Before starting to work with the questionnaire, the tourist will need to choose the language of filling out the questionnaire: Uzbek, English or Russian. And then select the type of tourist facility, the services of which he wants to evaluate.

Also, on the information sticker, the hotline numbers of the State Committee for Tourism Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan are indicated, which you can use in case of problems in service.

At the first stage of the project, information stickers will be placed in the republic's accommodation facilities.

Monitoring of the results of the QR-questionnaire will be carried out on a daily basis, which will allow us to quickly respond to problem situations and systematically eliminate the identified shortcomings in the service of tourists.
