Was held a transfer of modern technical equipment from ACTED to TIC
On December 2, 2022, at the office of the Association of Private Tourism Agencies of Uzbekistan, the ACTED branch in Uzbekistan transferred modern technical equipment for the Tourist Information Centers (TIC) of the State Unitary Enterprise "Tourist Service Center" under the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The equipment handover ceremony took place within the framework of the «Silk Road CBT Initiative: Connecting Central Asian Community-Based Tourism and European Markets» Project of the European Union's Central Asia Invest V Program.
In accordance with the Project, the following equipment and mobile devices were donated to the TIC: 2 interactive touch kiosks, portable radio devices, fixed phones and a Samsung Galaxy tablet.
