Training seminars for hotel managers and housekeeping employees took place
From October 18 to October 27 of this year, training seminars for managers and housekeeping employees of the hotels were held.
The organizers of the training seminars are the Association of Private Tourism Agencies of Uzbekistan and the State Unitary Enterprise "Tourist Services Certification Center" under the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Seminar - trainings were held:
-October 18 - in Tashkent;
-October 20 - in Samarkand;
-October 21 - in Bukhara;
-October 27 - in Nukus.
Speaker of seminar - trainings: German expert in the field of hospitality, Member of the German Hotel and Catering Association (Deutscher Hotel- und Gaststättenverband, DEHOGA), Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania Tourism Council, German Business Association in Georgia, Association of Mecklenburg Entrepreneurs - Hans- Ulrich Trosien.
Within the framework of seminar - trainings for hotel managers such topics as: hotel management, hotel staff, human resources management, quality of guest service were considered. In turn, within the framework of seminar-trainings for housekeeping employees, topical issues on the activities of hotel housekeeping staff were considered.
