As part of a pilot project the process of classifying family guest houses has started

On February 5 this year, as part of a pilot project on the classification of family guest houses, the process of classifying family guest houses in Bukhara was launched.

Recall that the draft classifier for family guest houses, as well as the badge of rating stars and the certificate were developed by the Association of Private Tourism Agencies of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as APTA) within the framework of USAID Future Growth Initiative Project (FGI)  “Development of Community Based Tourism in Uzbekistan by improving the professional competence of rural residents. Phase 2”.
 
This initiative will allow family guest houses in Uzbekistan to receive rating stars, which will improve the quality of services and competitiveness.

As part of the USAID Future Growth Initiative Project (FGI), 100 family guest houses in Uzbekistan who have expressed a desire to become a participant in a pilot project and be assessed in accordance with the draft classifier will be classified free of charge.
