Within the framework of the USAID's FGI Project, a training seminar for CBT representatives was held in the Tashkent region
On May 20 of this year, a training seminar “Fundamentals of Hospitality and Service” for owners of family guest houses was held at the Edelweiss Hotel in the Parkent district of the Tashkent region as part of the USAID’s Future Growth Initiative (FGI) Project.
The seminar training was organized by the Khokimiyat (municipality) of the Tashkent region with the support of the Association of private tourism agencies of Uzbekistan (APTA).
As part of the seminar training, the participants dealt with topics such as: family guest house, basics of organizing a family guest house, sanitary conditions, management of a guest house, organization of a guest reception, etc.
In addition, practical courses were held on organizing the activities of a family guest house.
Following the results of the seminar training, debates were held.
