Another manual “Transfer of EU best practices in tourism to Central Asian countries” has been published.

The manual was published with the financial support of the European Union within the framework of the SWITCH-ASIA program and the MOST project. Best practices provide a fundamental tool for the correct and effective implementation of MOST.

The guide covers topics such as “Model of Sustainable Tourism in Central Asia”, “Global Initiatives for Sustainable Tourism”, “Principles of Sustainable Development”, “Sustainable Production and Consumption”, “Eco-Labelling”, “Tourism and the European Union”, “Increasing Information consumer about sustainable tourism”, etc.

In addition, the publication highlights the experience of EU countries in the field of sustainable trismus. For example, you will be able to get acquainted with the Green Destinations scheme of Slovenian tourism, Italy’s experience in introducing an eco-marker certificate for cleaning services, eco-certification of Malta, and Austrian eco-label.
